What is SimplePractice? SimplePractice is the secure Electronic Health Record (EHR) that your HMI provider uses to store your treatment information. In addition, SimplePractice enables:
- Video communication with your provider
- Appointment schedule management
- Secure messaging with your provider
- Insurance claim processing
- Payment processing
To access Simple Practice from the web, go to your provider profile in the menu on the top of the page. Each provider has a specific link on their page. For help logging in through the web portal CLICK HERE.
