Scheduling / Rescheduling / Cancellations
Please reach out to the office at (833) 225-6673 (press option 2) to schedule or change an appointment with your provider. We offer a wide latitude of appointment times that our providers are obligated to deliver. Appointment changes must be made made greater than 24 hours prior. We will always try to accommodate short notice changes to the greatest extent possible but providers optimize their schedule far in advance to deliver care to many clients. No shows and last minute cancellations may be charged a fee. Please contact the office for any scheduling issues as soon as possible.
Contacting your Provider
Please reach out to your existing provider for any needs. To contact your provider securely and quickly use the SimplePractice portal to send a secure message. Alternatively, you may email your provider. It is often challenging to call because providers are usually in sessions. Work with your provider to see what communication method works well. If you are having issues reaching your provider, please call the office. Sessions are the set times to work on issues with your provider, it is hard for providers to process substance heavy messages outside of sessions though they can be useful during a following session.
